Watercolor on Paper
For several years I have been painting watercolors on site, en plein air. It continues to be challenging and fun, especially when I can get other artists to join me. Recently, I have been exploring the changes in the foothills of Clovis, CA.

Watercolor on Yupo
Yupo is a non-absorbent paper. It is tricky to work with because the watercolor takes a while to dry between layers and the color moves all over. Although it is hard to control, the effects are interesting and unique.
